Rich in Vitamins A and E, our Golden Jojoba Oil is deeply hydrating, balances oil production and is full of antioxidants.
It is similar to sebum, our skin’s natural oil, and is easily absorbed without being greasy or clogging pores.
With a subtle scent and stable structure, it’s a perfect carrier oil. It’s wonderfully nourishing for dry hair and gentle on baby’s tender skin as it is hypoallergenic.
Although it’s called an oil, Jojoba is a liquid wax that forms a soothing seal on the skin. Golden Jojoba oil retains its natural golden colour and requires less processing than clear jojoba oil.
What it does
Golden Jojoba Oil is so much like sebum, our skin’s own natural lubricant, that our skin can’t tell the difference.
Rich in Vitamin E, it has antioxidant properties, protecting your skin from pollutants and slowing skin ageing. It may also increase the amount of collagen your skin produces.
Golden Jojoba oil is deeply moisturising and is a humectant, attracting water to the top layer of your skin. But it won’t build up on your skin or clog your pores.
If you struggle with rosacea or eczema, Golden Jojoba Oil is anti-inflammatory and calms redness.
Golden Jojoba Oil balances your skin’s oil production and is antibacterial, making it an ideal facial oil for acne-prone skin.
And, don’t forget your hair. Golden Jojoba Oil also nourishes and hydrates the hair strands and roots.
You can combine Golden Jojoba oil with many other ingredients – shea butter, beeswax or your favourite essential oil.
Use Jojoba Oil for:
- Moisturising dry skin
- Protecting skin from pollution
- Healing wounds and acne
- Unclogging pores
- Promoting collagen synthesis
- Soothing eczema and psoriasis
- Nourishing hair
How to use
Golden Jojoba Oil is carrier oil. You can apply it directly without diluting it, or add a few drops of your favourite essential oils. It is a cold-pressed oil and this process retains its exceptional healing properties.

Ageing skin
The antioxidants in Golden Jojoba oil help your body produce collagen, and its vitamin B complex fights off free radicals and repairs cell damage. Vitamin E also regenerates cells faster. For supple, firm skin with a healthy low, apply to clean, dry skin each morning and night.
Oily and acne-prone skin
Since Golden Jojoba Oil can balance and reset your skin’s oil levels, it is ideal for oily skin. It can also control sebum levels and won’t clog your pores. It contains a high level of iodine, so it also fights the bacteria that cause pimples and acne. Apply a small amount to acne-prone areas in the morning and night as a spot treatment. Sensitive and irritated skin
If you have rosacea or sensitive skin, Golden Jojoba Oil calms and comforts. It’s also very helpful on asteatotic eczema, or very dry, scaly dermatitis. Full of vitamins E and B, it soothes, balances and restores the skin’s oil levels. Apply twice a day to affected areas.
Wounds
Native Americans originally used Golden Jojoba Oil to heal wounds. Studies now show that it encourages your skin cells to bind together after a scratch or cut. Apply twice a day to the sore area.
Sunburn and sun damage
The Jojoba plant naturally protects itself from sun damage by layering long molecules (liquid wax esters) in the outer layer of its leaves to stop UVB rays. It may also be able to soothe and protect our skin the same way. Golden Jojoba Oil also restores vitamin E, adds moisture and promotes healing.
Cracked lips
With its oily consistency and hydration benefits, Golden Jojoba oil will swiftly soothe dry, sore lips. Apply regularly and you’ll see a difference in a few days. Plus, it absorbs quickly, so you won’t be left with an oily residue on your lips.
Cold sores
If you feel the tingling in your lips before a cold sore appears, apply Golden Jojoba Oil to the area immediately. It will mix with skin’s sebum and block the flow of oxygen to the cold sore virus. Golden Jojoba oil also contains an ingredient now used in commercial cold sore treatments
Working outdoors
If you spend lots of time outside, Golden Jojoba oil can protect you from the effects of pollution and other toxins. This is because of the antioxidants in its high levels of Vitamin E. Apply to your face and body before heading outdoors.
