Mix 10 drops of Frankincense oil with 30ml almond oil. Massage into the affected area.
Urinary tract infection and Frankincense essential oil
To alleviate the discomfort of urinary tract infections, use 8–10 drops in bath water. Use this in addition to doctor-prescribed medication.
Asthma, bronchitis and coughs
To ease congestion, use 2–3 drops in 30ml of carrier oil and rub on your chest to treat asthma, bronchitis and coughs. For laryngitis, you can rub the blend on your throat. The main chemical constituents of Frankincense are Limonene, Pinene, Borneol, Farnesol, Phellandrene and Myrcene.
